Privacy Policy

When you contact us or request a charter proposal, we may collect your name, email address, phone number, preferred route or destination, travel dates, guest count, and any details you choose to share about your requirements.

For self-drive approval requests, we collect your age, driving experience, licence country and expiry, local address, itinerary, passport photo page, and driving licence images. We use these to assess eligibility and coordinate the requested rental. Application details and files are encrypted in storage; document downloads require an authorized admin session. Documents are scheduled for deletion 30 days after the requested return date, and staff may delete them earlier. Contact hello@charter.ph to request access, correction, or deletion.

We may also receive basic technical information such as browser type, device information, and approximate usage data when you visit the website.

We use your information to respond to enquiries, prepare charter proposals, coordinate requested services, communicate updates, improve the website, and maintain records needed to operate our brokerage.

We do not sell your personal information.

Where needed to prepare or fulfil a request, we may share relevant details with vetted operators, service providers, professional advisers, or authorities where required by law. We share only what is reasonably necessary for the relevant purpose.

We keep enquiry and booking information for as long as needed to manage the relationship, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and maintain business records. When information is no longer required, we delete or anonymise it where practical.

You may request access, correction, or deletion of your personal information, subject to applicable legal and operational requirements. You can also ask us to stop non-essential communications.
