Charter.ph is a charter brokerage. We help clients identify, compare, and coordinate services offered by independent operators and providers. Unless expressly stated in a written proposal, Charter.ph is not the aircraft, vessel, vehicle, hotel, or activity operator.

Information on this website is provided for general presentation purposes. Availability, routes, timing, aircraft, vessels, vehicles, pricing, and inclusions are subject to confirmation in a specific proposal.

You agree that information you submit is accurate and that you are authorised to make the request on behalf of any travelling guests you include.

A booking is not confirmed until the relevant proposal, payment terms, operator requirements, passenger information, and any required documents have been accepted or completed. Additional operator terms may apply to each service.

Travel services may be affected by weather, safety restrictions, regulatory requirements, availability, crew duty limits, port or airport permissions, traffic, or other operational factors. We will coordinate practical alternatives where possible, but final operation remains subject to the relevant provider and applicable rules.

Pricing, deposits, balance payments, cancellation charges, refund rules, and change fees will be set out in the applicable proposal or operator terms. Unless stated otherwise, quoted pricing may change until confirmed.

You may not misuse the website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorised access, submit unlawful content, or use Charter.ph branding or materials without permission.
